2026 Registration Guide for Paddles for Progress

Prepare for a day filled with sports and an evening of entertainment, all in support of a worthy cause! By taking part in Paddles for Progress, you will be supporting the CAMH Foundation in its mental health initiatives.


Who Needs to Register?

Before the tournament begins, all players must register for a tournament account to access match times and updates. Everyone visiting Fairgrounds Racket Club, including players and guests, must also complete a brief waiver prior to arrival. Taking care of these steps ahead of time helps us keep check-in smooth and the day running on schedule!

Where Do I Register?


Registration for Players

Fwango Registration is due before June 20, 2026


  1. Go to Fwango.io and sign up to create an account. Note: Please ensure you and your partner create an account. This will allow all players to report their scores as well as see their next matches

  2. You need to verify your email to complete your registration.

  3. Complete your account information

  4. Enable account permissions to accept email notifications for "Invitations to join teams, tournaments and leagues".

  5. Accept the invitation to join the Paddles for Progress Tournament page on Fwango. This will appear as an email notification and a account notication on your Fwango account.

  6. Submit the skills request form for Pickleball and Padel Players.

    Note: Please ensure you and your partner fill out this form. If you do not fill it out, you will not be assigned a division based on your skill level.

Fairgrounds Liability Waiver for Players & Spectators

Fairgrounds Registration is due before June 20, 2026


  1. Go to the Account Login page fairgrounds.podplay.app/account and enter your email. You will be sent you a temporary login link to log in password-free.

    If you are going through the Fairgrounds website, you will find the "Login" link in the footer menu..
  2. Check your inbox and click the link in the email to verify your address. Please check your inbox, spam, or promotion folder.

  3. Access your account and select the menu option "Liability Waver".

  4. Review and accept Liability Waiver.

    After you have signed the waver, it will confirm receipt at the top of the page when you re-open.


A Few Final Tips


Before arriving at Fairgrounds Racket Club, be sure to:

  • Register on Fwango and accept our invitation to join the Paddles for Progress tournament to access tournament schedules, scores, and standings throughout the day.

  • Submit your skill level to our tournament organizers to be assigned a division based on your skill level.

  • Complete the Fairgrounds waiver in advance to help ensure a smooth check-in process

  • Arrive early and be ready to play when your match is called.

  • Keep track of your scores throughout the tournament

  • Most importantly, have fun and enjoy the experience


Paddles for Progress is about more than competition. It's an opportunity to connect with the community, enjoy a day of sport, and help raise critical funds for mental health research and care through the CAMH Foundation. Since launching, the event has raised more than $111,000 in support of CAMH, and we're excited to continue building on that impact together.
