WHY WE RISE

We accepted the challenge of participating in the CAMH Sunrise Challenge because the world is facing a mental health crisis. Every dollar raised supports better treatments, solutions and outcomes for people facing mental illness and addiction, making better mental health care a reality for all.

Each morning during the last week of May, CAMH will share a simple but meaningful activity to help you start your day with intention, reflection and connection. These daily challenges are designed to inspire hope, build community and remind us that small moments can spark big change.

Take a photo of your Sunrise Moment, share it on social media with the hashtag #CAMHSunriseChallenge and include the link to your fundraising page so people can support you.

CAMH Engage is calling on run clubs across Canada to join the CAMH Sunrise Challenge — a month-long movement where we rise with the sun and raise funds for mental health.

RISE UP

Each day from May 25 to 29, post a photo of how you're starting your morning. Use the hashtag #CAMHSunriseChallenge and include your fundraising link.
