About the Role

We're looking for a proactive community manager that is passionate about mental health advocacy. Your responsibilities include fostering a positive and inclusive community environment, encouraging active participation and interaction. We are looking for someone who has a high level of empathy, patience and professionalism in handling community interactions.

All of our positions are volunteer-based.

Requirements

Objectives of this role

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Manage and growing our online community presence across various platforms, including social media, forums and our company website.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive community environment, encouraging active participation and interaction.

  • Monitor and respond to community members’ inquiries, comments and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and support for community initiatives.

  • Analyze community metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.


    Responsibilities

  • Monitor community platforms for discussions, issues and trends and provide insights to the relevant teams.

  • Develop and enforce community guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all members.

  • Gather and analyse feedback from the community to inform marketing, product development and improvement teams.

  • Track and report on community engagement metrics, including member growth, activity levels and sentiment.

  • Exceptional written communication skills

  • Impeccable use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Creative and strategic-thinking skills
