About the Role
We're looking for a proactive community manager that is passionate about mental health advocacy. Your responsibilities include fostering a positive and inclusive community environment, encouraging active participation and interaction. We are looking for someone who has a high level of empathy, patience and professionalism in handling community interactions.
All of our positions are volunteer-based.
Requirements
Objectives of this role
Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Manage and growing our online community presence across various platforms, including social media, forums and our company website.
Foster a positive and inclusive community environment, encouraging active participation and interaction.
Monitor and respond to community members’ inquiries, comments and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and support for community initiatives.
Analyze community metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Responsibilities
Monitor community platforms for discussions, issues and trends and provide insights to the relevant teams.
Develop and enforce community guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all members.
Gather and analyse feedback from the community to inform marketing, product development and improvement teams.
Track and report on community engagement metrics, including member growth, activity levels and sentiment.
